The REFER Group comprises a number of complementary companies working in coordination to modernize and develop the railways. These companies include: REFER Património S.A., REFER Telecom S.A. and Ferbritas S.A.

Each of these companies has a specific mission, related to asset management, telecommunications and rail transport engineering, respectively.
